Features
A standalone recorder, not a bot. Deep Notes captures the room, understands who's talking, and turns it into notes you'll actually use.
Know exactly who said what. Deep Notes automatically identifies each speaker in the room — a differentiator most note-takers still don't offer.
Get a crisp recap of every meeting: key decisions, discussion points, and outcomes — ready seconds after you hit stop.
Deep Notes extracts follow-ups and to-dos automatically, so nothing important slips through the cracks.
Chat with the transcript. Ask what a stakeholder committed to, or what was agreed on pricing — answers cite the moment it was said.
No bots. No calendar integrations. Just place your iPhone on the table and press record — in-person, hybrid, on Zoom, or Meet.
Meeting, Lecture, Interview, One-on-one, or Voice memo — Deep Notes tunes its output to the format you need.
How it works
Place your phone on the table and tap record. No bots joining calls, no meeting links required.
AI transcribes the conversation and identifies each speaker — right on your device workflow.
Receive a summary, action items, and a chat interface to ask anything about what was said.
Who it's for
Capture every stakeholder review with clean summaries and action items — never miss a commitment again.
Focus on the investor or customer in front of you. Deep Notes handles recall, follow-ups, and highlights.
Turn client sessions into polished notes and structured deliverables in minutes, not hours.
Record lectures, interviews, and study sessions. Ask questions later and get answers grounded in what you heard.
FAQ
Recordings are private to your account. Audio is processed to generate transcripts, summaries, and answers, and encrypted in transit and at rest. Deep Notes does not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
Each session can be up to two hours long. For longer events, start a new session — you can group them by category later.
Deep Notes launches with support for English, with additional languages rolling out shortly after. Diarization works alongside language detection automatically.
The app analyzes voice characteristics to segment the audio into speaker turns, then labels them consistently across the session. You can rename speakers with real names after the fact.
We're in the final stretch of development. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first invited when Deep Notes ships to the App Store.
