We collect the email address you submit to our waitlist. In the App, we process audio recordings you initiate to produce transcripts, summaries, and answers. We also collect basic account and diagnostic information required to operate the service.
How we use information
Waitlist emails are used only to notify you about the Deep Notes launch and related product updates. Audio and transcripts are used to deliver the App's features to you. We do not sell your data or use your recordings to train third-party models.
Data storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request deletion of your account, recordings, or waitlist entry at any time by contacting us.
